Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the recruitment industry to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment services, excellent networking skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of recruitment and staffing services.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and establish strong professional networks.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to promote recruitment solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms of service agreements and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
