Position Overview:
An HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, utilizing recruitment platforms, and ensuring a smooth hiring process to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and provide timely feedback.
- Manage job postings and ensure they are visible on appropriate platforms.
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or staffing agency environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
